Drip, when you want to segment hard.

Behaviour-led workflows, rules and tagging built for ecommerce. Suits a shop that knows its customers behave differently and wants the emails to reflect it.

Overview

_□×

Drip is built around what people do: viewed, bought, bought twice, stopped. Rules and tags drive the workflows, so segmentation is the main design job rather than an afterthought.

It connects tidily to the usual store platforms and stays out of the way. The reporting is workmanlike rather than generous, which is fine if someone is reading it properly each month.

What it is best for

_□×

Shops with a repeat-purchase pattern, several distinct customer types, or a catalogue wide enough that one newsletter cannot serve everybody.

Strong for replenishment and cross-sell, where the right email depends entirely on what was bought and when.

What it costs

_□×

Drip prices by number of contacts on a single plan with sending included. Check their current tiers before you budget on a figure.

Platform fees are yours and paid direct, never marked up through me. Rates move, so check the platform for current pricing before you budget on it.

How I help on Drip

_□×

Segmentation plan first, in writing, so the tags mean the same thing in six months. Then the flows built against it rather than against a guess.

Welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, replenishment and winback, with campaigns segmented on the same rules and monthly reporting that shows which segment paid.
